The Goose

The Goose has pulled off one of the best openings I have seen in OKC! They built up their branding and marketing. They spent months perfecting their menu! They have partnered with local favorites! To me The Goose is going to be a regular spot. I went to the soft opening and tried the following: THE GOOSE ITALIAN SANDIE WITH CAPICOLA, SALAMI, PEPPERONI, MORTADELLA, ASIAGO, LEMON-TOSSED ARUGULA MUFFALETTA MORTADELLA, SALAMI, CALABRESE, CAPICOLA, PROVOLONE, OLIVE SALAD THE HUDSON CHEESY MEATBALLS, MOZZARELLA, ROASTED RED PEPPER MARINARA WHIRLIGIG FRIED CHICKEN, PROVOLONE, SPICY HONEY, CRUNCHY PICKLE, DUKE'S MAYO All of which had amazing taste and value. My personal favorite was The Goose, but it was a close one. They have a featured beer called Wells Pale Lager. It had a crisp taste with a smooth finish. There is plenty of comfortable seating and upstairs patio space. Enjoy!
